The disruption in our billing system is a result of a cyber-attack on Optum, our payment processing provider. Unfortunately, this has impacted our ability to process payments and access patient records through the portal. We want to emphasize that this incident has not compromised any patient data stored within our systems. However, it has temporarily disrupted our ability to provide seamless billing services.
At this time, we do not have an estimated time for when the system will be fully restored. Our team is actively working with Optum to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
